Open Positions:

Looking for an IT professional with great people skills and experience with various IT disciplines including, customer service and help desk, Windows desktop OS, Windows server OS and Microsoft Exchange, 365, Microsoft Office, setting up firewalls and routers, installing and managing hardware and software.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to adapt to different environments as we have many clients in different industries.

The job involves extensive interacting with clients, creating tickets, documenting, troubleshooting and problem solving. It is important that customers are responded to promptly and professionally.

Must be self-motivated and have a great desire to be challenged and learn new skills, both personally and technically.

Skills required:

  • Customer Service Expert: both in-person and remotely
  • Thorough knowledge of Windows-based operating systems
  • Networking Technologies (TCP/IP,DNS, DHCP,)
  • Microsoft 365 management (advanced support/migrations)
  • Hardware and Software skills to troubleshoot laptops, desktops, routers, servers, printers, etc
  • Analyze and isolate issues
  • Make recommendations for future upgrades
  • Evaluate and modify system's performance
  • Maintain integrity of the network, servers, and security.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Exceptional customer focus with emphasis on enhancing the customer experience
  • Detailed and task oriented
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical jargon to non-technical customers
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment
  • Strong time management skills
  • Understanding a job is not finished until the customer is happy
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexible: occasional nights and after hours
  • Must be physically capable of lifting PC's, Printers and Misc equipment up to 60 pounds

Beneficial and a plus to have:

  • Linux Experience
  • Network / Phone Cabling Experience
  • Virtualization (HyperV, VMware, etc.)
  • Customer Service Experience both in-person and remote
  • Experience with process development and implementation
  • Experience with Remote Management tools such as Log me in, Zenworks

Minimum Required experience:
Technical Support: 2-5 years
